Developed by Joseph Hubertus Pilates in the early 20th century, the Pilates exercise system has been used to develop a strong, connected body for nearly 100 years.

Whether you seek a strong, deep exercise practice, or simply want to feel confident in basic daily movement, Pilates can help bring balance, fluidity, and juiciness to the way you move.

About Julie

Julie Millett received her first Pilates certification through Balanced Body. She was inspired to become a Pilates instructor after studying with Balanced Body Master Instructor Melissa Francis (Intelligent Exercise). She trained with Melissa and Kelly Leonardi Uygan (Blue Moon Pilates), and studied Embodied Anatomy through Bhakti Barn Yoga (Millburn, New Jersey). Julie completed The Vertical Workshop (TVW) Bridge Program training with Shari Berkowitz, and continues to study with TVW.

Julie is committed to helping clients develop and enhance strength, mobility, and endurance – and have fun! – through this deep work.
